Text Messaging Terms

Effective date: October 5, 2026

These terms cover the text messages sent by Keys Pool Service & Design (Key West Pool Service & Design, LLC, "we", "us") from our office number, 305-731-4448.

What we send

Customer care messages about your pool service: scheduling and arrival times, access to the property, repair questions and estimates you asked for, service updates and replies to your questions. We also send account notifications to our own employees and technicians, who agree in writing: order confirmations, reminders and alerts about their work. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

How you opt in

You opt in when you fill out the contact form on our website and tick the box that reads: "I agree to receive text messages from Keys Pool Service & Design about my inquiry and my pool service at the number above. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See our Privacy Policy and Text Messaging Terms."

You also opt in when you text our office number first, or when you ask us by phone, by email or in person to reply by text. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of buying any service from us.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies with your service and your questions. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. We do not charge for text messages.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any text message from us, at any time. After that you will receive no further text messages from us unless you reply START. You may receive one final message confirming that you have opted out. If you opt out, we will reach you by phone or email instead.

Help

Reply HELP to any text message from us, call 305-731-4448 or email Service@Keyspoolservice.com.
