The pool is the heart of a hotel. A positive poolside experience is intimately tied to positive reviews and repeat bookings, and a single closed pool on a full-occupancy weekend is a cost no invoice will ever match. Our job is to make sure that never happens.
Every technician is Department of Health state certified, with years of experience preventing and identifying issues before they become guest complaints. We know the DOH inspectors, the regulations and the paperwork, and we keep your pool on the right side of all three. And when a pump or heater does go down mid-season, our on-island pool equipment repair keeps the closure measured in hours, not days.
