Key West Pool Service & Design, LLC ("we", "us") operates keyspoolservice.com. This policy describes what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

When you submit our contact form we receive the information you provide: name, email, phone number and your message. Our hosting provider collects standard server logs (IP address, pages visited) to operate the site. We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand site traffic in aggregate.

How we use it

Contact information is used to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a customer, to schedule and deliver service. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Text messages

If you text our office number, ask us to reply by text, or tick the text message box on our contact form, we use your mobile number to text you about your pool service: scheduling, access to the property, repair questions, service updates and replies to your questions. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with or sold to any third parties, excluding the aggregators and providers of the text message service that deliver our messages.

Retention and contact
