Our technicians are automatically connected to your account upon arrival and are monitored until the job is complete. Prior to leaving, a checklist including photos of work completed, chemical readings, along with notes of interest are generated. Our technician's can not be released from the service stop until all items are completed. An automated report with the information collected is sent to your email or property manager. Keys Pools Service Technician Checklist
1. Cleaning and Skimming: Remove leaves, debris, and other objects from the pool surface using a skimmer or net.
2. Vacuuming: Use a pool vacuum to clean the bottom and sides of the pool to remove dirt, algae, and other contaminants.
3. Brushing: Brush the walls, steps, and other surfaces of the pool to loosen dirt and algae buildup, making it easier to remove.
4. Emptying Skimmer Baskets and Pump Baskets: Regularly empty skimmer and pump baskets to ensure proper water flow and filtration.
5. Checking and Adjusting Water Chemistry: Test the pool water for pH, chlorine, alkalinity, and other chemical levels using test kits or electronic testers. Add chemicals as needed to maintain balanced water chemistry.
6. Backwashing and Cleaning Filters: Backwash and clean pool filters regularly to remove dirt and debris trapped in the filter media.
7. Inspecting Equipment: Check pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and automatic cleaners for proper operation and any signs of damage or malfunction or leaks. Report any issues to the appropriate personnel for repair.
8. Maintaining Water Level: Monitor and maintain the water level in the pool by adding water as needed to compensate for evaporation or splash-out.
9. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of pool maintenance activities, water chemistry test results, equipment inspections, and any repairs or maintenance performed. Include photos of water chemistry, pool and filters if cleaned or changed.
